Lisa has expertise in commercial transactions, business structures and contracts, property transactions including commercial and rural, subdivisions, relationship property agreements, trusts, wills and estate planning,. Lisa acts for several retirement villages and is a trustee of the Cambridge Resthaven Trust Board. Lisa manages our Hamilton Office and also works in our Cambridge Office.
Lisa has a BA, LLB and Master's Degree in Commercial Law (Hons).

Fraser King graduated from Waikato University with LLB/BA(Hons) majoring in Philosophy in 2008. Fraser has since continued his Philosophy studies and graduated with MA(Hons) in 2011.
In law practice, Fraser has a wide range of experience in civil litigation as well as commercial law. Particular expertise includes commercial leases, contractual advice and disputes, debt recovery, and commercial transactions.
