To support employers and employees we provide consultancy advice on situations and issues that arise regularly in the work place.

If issues are not resolved we can support both employers or employees through the dispute process, either at mediation, hearings or Labour Court hearings.

For urgent matters injunctions can be sought to protect your position, if the circumstances justify that form of action.
